Some services can be booked directly. Pigmentation programmes, facial planning and specialist concerns start with a consultation. It takes 45 minutes, starts with a skin analysis scan, and you leave with a written plan and prices. If you go ahead, the fee comes off your treatment.
We rescan your skin at review appointments and compare it with your baseline, using the same angles and light. Everything is recorded in your Dermacy Portal record, so your follow-up continues where it left off.
They need different treatments. Melasma and widespread uneven tone may need a structured programme such as Cosmelan® with homecare. General dullness or dehydration usually suits HydraFacial® or a clinical facial. The skin analysis scan tells them apart.
It depends on what "fresher" means for you. Dehydrated or crepey skin suits skin boosters such as Profhilo®. Expression lines suit anti-wrinkle treatment. Lost volume or structure suits dermal filler. We decide together at consultation.
Yes. We use the licensed HydraFacial MD Elite system with its patented Vortex-Fusion tips and original HydraFacial serums and boosters. Imitation "hydro facial" machines can look similar but are not the HydraFacial system.
Profhilo® is £240 per session. Most people need two sessions, four weeks apart, and we confirm the plan at your consultation.
Laser hair removal is planned as a course. Hair-growth cycles, the area, your skin type and past hair removal decide the number of sessions. Every course starts with a consultation and patch test.
