Healing varies by lesion size, body site, skin tone and individual response. The area can look more noticeable before it settles.

Redness, soreness or swelling can occur after treatment.
Blistering or darkening
The area may blister, darken or become more noticeable during the healing response.
Crust formation
A crust can form. Do not pick or remove it prematurely.

Is the £30 mole consultation redeemable?
Yes. If you proceed with a suitable CryoIQ treatment, we deduct the full £30 consultation fee from your treatment price.

How many sessions might I need?
A single treatment may be enough for some suitable lesions, while others may need review or repeat treatment. The number of sessions cannot be guaranteed before assessment or before the tissue response is known.
How long does healing take, and will it scar?
Healing time varies with the size and location of the mole, your skin tone and your individual response. Redness, soreness, swelling, blistering, darkening or crusting can occur. Scarring and lighter or darker areas of skin are possible.
Can a mole come back after freezing?
Incomplete clearance, recurrence or pigment returning are possible after cosmetic cryotherapy, and repeat treatment may sometimes be needed. Your practitioner will explain realistic expectations before treatment.
Can you assess a mole on the face?
You can discuss a facial mole at your consultation. Whether it can be treated depends on the mole and its exact location. Treatment is not suitable for every facial or eye-area location, so contact the clinic before booking.
