We are in Armthorpe, Doncaster, close to junction 4 of the M18. Patients come to us from across Yorkshire and the North: Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley in under 40 minutes, Leeds and Wakefield in under an hour, and Bradford, York, Hull and Manchester in about an hour or a little more.

How do Dermacy Clinic and Memorial work together?
Dermacy Clinic is Memorial Hospitals Group's official partner clinic in Yorkshire. Memorial's specialists carry out your treatment in Istanbul, and we look after you before you go and when you come home, face to face in Doncaster.
How much does treatment in Turkey cost?
It depends on your diagnosis, the treatment and how long you need to stay, so After your free review you get a written, personal quote, and we go through it with you face to face so you know exactly what is and is not included.
Is the review really free?
Yes. Memorial's specialists review your reports free of charge, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
Will I be able to speak to the doctor before I travel?
Yes. We can arrange a video call with your Memorial specialist, and you can come to our clinic to talk it through in person.
Do the doctors and staff speak English?
Memorial's international team works with interpreters and native speakers, and an interpreter is with you during your treatment. Our team in Doncaster speaks English and Turkish.
What happens when I come home?
You leave Memorial with a medical report in English. We see you at our clinic for a follow-up, stay in touch with your Memorial doctor, and help you share your report with your GP.
What if there is a complication?
Before you travel we go through exactly who to contact and how complications are handled, both while you are in Turkey and once you are home. In an emergency in the UK, always call 999 or go to A&E.
Do I need a visa?
Rules change, so please check the latest UK government travel advice for Turkey before you book. If you need an invitation letter for your treatment, Memorial can provide one.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, and for many treatments we recommend it. Memorial's international team can help with accommodation for a companion.
What happens to my personal and health information?
We use it only to arrange your care. We share it with Memorial only with your consent, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Our privacy policy explains your rights.
